After reviewing the memorandum submitted by the Cultural Relations Committee concerning the approval of the Department of Electrical Engineering for the request submitted by Dr. Hamdy Metwally Sayed Sultan, Lecturer in the Department, to be granted leave to undertake his personal scientific mission at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, effective from the release date in January 2026, for a period of one year renewable, with salary paid domestically;
