After reviewing the memorandum submitted by the Cultural Relations Committee concerning the approval of the Department of Electrical Engineering for the partial secondment of Dr. Hamdy Metwally Sayed Sultan, Lecturer in the Department, to teach at the Faculty of Engineering – Nahda University in Beni Suef, for two days per week (Saturday and Monday of each week) during the academic year 2025/2026;
