Regarding the Memorandum Submitted by the Cultural Relations Committee

After reviewing the memorandum submitted by the Cultural Relations Committee regarding the approval of the Department of Electrical Engineering for the request submitted by Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz to amend the travel date to Spain for the purpose of pursuing a PhD, to be effective from September 2025 instead of May 2025;

The Council resolved: Recommendation for approval.
